    Taiwanese food is comforting and jam packed with flavour. From the endless range of "little eats" (小吃) to big bowls of noodle soups or dumplings, it is a cuisine you will want to add to your cooking repertoire!

    Come in ready to get your hands dirty, meet new people and learn from your expert teacher, Cristina. With a refreshing welcome drink in hand, you will learn how to make a range of iconic Taiwanese dishes that will transport you to the bustling streets of Taiwan. By the end of class, you will get to enjoy the dishes made in class at a communal dining table and take the rest of your hard work home to enjoy!

    Summer Menu: Cold sesame noodles, 'mouthwatering' chicken, pan-fried pork buns, traditional Taiwanese shaved ice

    What to bring:

    Wear close-toed shoes, otherwise, everything is provided. Bring yourself and be ready to have a good time!

    • The recipes used in the workshop can be accommodated for vegetarian and dairy-free. Please let us know if you have any questions.
    • The class will run for about 2.5 hours but note that it may run over depending on the dynamic of the group.
