This unique new event is an opportunity to be present with each other and ourselves at the end of a wild year. Take a Beat is our version of a ‘love-in’ - a place for peace and joy and music and creativity and community.
We’ll start with some tranquil beats in the form of a sound bath and intention setting, move into some lush beats with a performance by the incomparable Tomo Nakayama, and round it out by dropping some groovy beats with creative activities and dance party legend, DJ Michele Myers.
Take a Beat is a series of experiences from stillness to playfulness and joy. It's a vibe!
