Spend a Friday morning with us at the Metro Tunnel HQ - a community information centre where you can experience and discover some of the biggest public transport projects in Victoria’s history.

Projects such as the Melbourne Airport Rail, Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, and the Suburban Rail Loop will be brought to life through interactive displays, virtual reality experiences and an immersive panoramic theatrette.

We will have the centre to ourselves and the staff will present a deep dive into the Metro Tunnel Project – including the new station, trains, systems, and technological innovations. Following the presentation, you will have time to explore the centre at your leisure before heading out on a short walk to the Town Hall Station construction site to learn about Victoria’s biggest archaeological dig as well as station construction methodology.

Join us for a tea/coffee (on us) - 9.00am - 9:30am at Toffee Coffee, 196 Flinders Street, Melbourne (just up the road from Flinders St Station under the arches of St Paul's Cathedral) before heading together to the Metro Tunnel HQ.
