Slow Pilates + Breath with Jo + Gayle

This is your invitation to step away from the noise, slow things down and make a little space for yourself.

Join us for a movement and breathwork experience combining slow, gentle Pilates with guided breathwork.

It's a chance to:

Move without rushing
Quiet the mental chatter
Reconnect with yourself

We'll begin with a short introductory breath session to help you settle into the space, followed by gentle, slow, and repetitive Pilates movement to build connection and awareness.

There's no rushing, pushing or keeping up. Just time to notice how your body feels, move in a way that works for you, and let yourself slow down.

From there, Jo will guide you through a longer breathwork practice, creating space to pause and soften before easing back into the rest of your evening.

Think less workout, more nervous system downshift.

Come in your comfiest clothes. Fidget, wobble, rest or simply lie there if that's what you need. This is Pilates for real bodies and busy brains. No pressure, no performance, no experience needed.

Who is it for?

Anyone who needs a moment.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally foggy, stretched too thin, running on empty or have approximately 147 open tabs in your brain, you're in the right place. Or maybe you simply fancy doing something that asks less of you, for a change.

You don't need any Pilates or breathwork experience. Just come as you are.

What to expect

Arrive and settle into our calm, welcoming space - Find your spot, get comfortable and ease yourself in with a short breath session.

Slow Pilates with Gayle - Gentle, repetitive movement to help you reconnect with your body, build awareness and get outside of your head. Move at your own pace, modify as needed or rest whenever you like.

Guided breathwork with Jo - A chance to slow your breathing, turn your attention inward and give yourself some time away from the demands of everyday life.

A soft landing - We'll finish with an optional sharing circle before you head back out into the world.

Good to know

Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.
Expect soft lighting, quiet music and a relaxed atmosphere.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move and rest in.
Bring a water bottle.
Everything is optional. You can adapt the movement, take a break or simply rest whenever you need.

You don't need to arrive feeling calm. That's kind of the point.

About Gayle:

Gayle is a certified mat Pilates instructor, a mum, and a big believer in the power of slowing down. She creates gentle, welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies without pressure, perfection or the need to push harder.

Her approach to Pilates is slow, considered and accessible, with a focus on moving with intention, finding a little breathing room and making time for yourself in the middle of life's busyness.

For Gayle, movement isn't about doing more. It's about feeling more connected, finding moments of calm and remembering to take a pause.
