Take Care: Mums & Bubs
Description
This is an invitation to explore how supporting ourselves shapes the space we create around our babies.
This isn’t about becoming a calmer, more perfect version of yourself. It’s about learning to take care of the person doing all the caring.
Together, we’ll explore how we can feel more grounded and supported within ourselves, how our own internal state can influence our babies, and simple practices we can draw on in the everyday moments of motherhood.
This is an experience created for real mums with real babies, there’s no expectation of silence or perfectly settled little ones. Feed, cuddle, change, walk around or tend to your baby whenever you need to. Prams are welcome and the space will be relaxed and baby friendly.
The morning will weave together practical wisdom and gentle reflection before finishing with a restorative sound meditation.
You’ll be guided by Ash Bell, social worker, facilitator and sound healing practitioner, a new mum herself, navigating the changes and challenges of motherhood alongside you. In collaboration with Catreeana Saunders, a transformational coach, spiritual healer, and meditation teacher with decades of experience in healing and spiritual development.
Come as you are. Babies and all.

FAQs
- What should I bring?
Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable as props aren’t provided at this venue. We recommend a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, plus a blanket and pillow if you’d like. Bring along your usual baby bag and anything your little one might need.
- What if my baby cries or becomes unsettled?
That’s completely okay. This session has been created for real mums with real babies. Feed, cuddle, rock, walk around or tend to your baby whenever you need to. There’s no expectation of silence.
- Can I bring a pram?
Absolutely. The venue has been chosen to allow space for prams and to make attending with a baby as easy as possible.
- Can I bring my toddler?
For this first session, we’re keeping to babies who aren’t yet walking, so we can create a space that supports the style and flow of the session.
If there’s enough interest, we’d love to explore a future session designed especially for mums and toddlers, so let us know if that’s something you’d be interested in!
