Natalee Durrant is a naturopath and medical herbalist who works, supporting women with their hormonal health and wellbeing. She has supported women moving through the many hormonal dances of life, from puberty through to menopause. She has witnessed women creating small lifestyle, dietary and mindset changes that create significantly positive outcomes, which enable them to traverse these journeys with more ease and acceptance.

Natalee is excited to bring her knowledge, understandings and experiences to the night's event and encourage the opening of a conversation encompassing what women can do to empower themselves to navigate the perimenopausal journey with ease and grace.

Miri Naad is a Holistic Counsellor and certified Trauma Informed Coach, supporting people with Mental Health, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Hormonal Imbalances, Nervous system disorders, and overall emotional and spiritual well-being.
