Hey tribe!

It has been such a beautiful journey since the last time we saw each other, life has taught me so many things that I am so excited to share! First and foremost thank you so much for believing in my gifts and allowing me to use them to move you forward in your healing and growth. I like to call this a mini-day retreat where we get to go inside our bodies and out of our heads where most of us get trapped. This workshop will consist of journaling, yoga, having much-needed conversations around stepping into your power, and of course, we will have an amazing vegan chef offering vegan brunch. Light refreshments will be available to all attendees, however, please bring cash, zelle, or cash app to purchase a brunch and support our vegan chef.
