We’ll keep it short, we are The Good Day Matrix, a Purpose-led Workplace Wellbeing and Leadership Development Organisation based in the Waikato. Our vision is to see thriving workplaces in Aotearoa!

We develop and lead workplace wellbeing and leadership projects, run workshops, coach 1v1 and hold epic events like Take Ten 2026!!
