    This information evening co-hosted by the South Australian Prostate Cancer Clinical Outcomes Collaborative and the Freemasons Centre for Male Health & Wellbeing is for men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and who are seeking more information about what they can do, and what services are available, to support their health and wellbeing.

    This free event will be held at the Flinders Tonsley Campus (SA) and will be live-streamed if you prefer to join online. 

    Men, and their partners where applicable, are encouraged to pre-submit questions that they would like answered by the speacialist panel (see registration page). 

    Topics / Q&A to include:
    • Healthy lifestyle - small changes make a big difference
    • Supporting each other in groups
    • Physical health – tailored exercise plans
    • Physiotherapy - symptom management
    • Sleep health – get on top of problems early
    • Dietary health – back to basics
    • Other support and services available.

    Free parking available.  Tonsley campus is a disability access venue.

    Attendees attending Tonsley Campus will be asked to comply with the COVID-19 safety management plan.
