TaKeTiNa

Rhythm meditation workshops. Participants are guided into a state of multilayered rhythm in the feet, hands and voice. This can induce deep relaxation and presence.

Dates: 4 weekly sessions starting Monday 9th August

Time: 7pm to 9.30pm

Cost: $25 / $20 drop in
