Taking risks: an evening of playback theatre
Event description
Taking a risk is a step into the unknown where so much may be gained or lost. When is a time that you have put everything on the line? What happened?
Brisbane Playback Theatre Company invites you to participate in an evening of storytelling where your stories are transformed into theatre.
Come and share your experiences and see it 'played back' in movement, music and words (but without script or rehearsal) by a team of performers. Alternatively, sit back to listen and watch the stories of others.
All stories are welcome.
Please come at 6.45pm to hear the pre-show music (harp and flute).
At 7pm the theatre begins, and then goes for about 90 minutes.
We invite you to stay back after the show to share supper and a cuppa (provided).
Note: Entry is free if you attend the Connecting with spontaneity drama workshop in the afternoon.
