The Three Gifts Tool is based in Asset based Community Development and quickly identifies the strengths of individuals. The workshop will guide you through the background of this tool and how to use it in an organisational and corporate environment.

Alan Blackshaw has over 30 years experience working in the corporate world of the public sector. he has worked for all three levels of government in Australia and has a great understanding of how teams function. 
He will share his experience, skills and knowledge in the presentation of this workshop.
