Years K-2: Tales and Tunes; ACO Where to Hide A Star
Event description
If you’re into telling the best stories at the dinner table, love listening to music or enjoy catching a good show- have we got the workshop for you! Join us these holidays, as students create their very own performance. Lead by a professional artist, you'll explore how to craft an original story and bring it to life with the power of music.
And here's the best part: you’ll get inspiration from the pros! Step next door to watch the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s magical production of Where to Hide A Star.
“Join the Boy on his brave journey across lands, seas and space, chasing stuck penguins and lost stars, answering cries for help with daring rescue missions, and finding unexpected friends in the most surprising places. Beautifully staged with live music by an ACO quartet, Where to Hide a Star is a story of friendship and connection, of learning when to hold on – and when to let go.”
Students will finish off the workshop with a performance where music meets imagination!
