I am so thrilled to share with you our upcoming guests, the wonderful couple, Eleanor Mann and Darren Procter!

Settle in to explore their observations and learnings around the differences in their practices. They will take us through two polar opposite ways of practicing working with your breath and your awareness.

Eleanor will share insights from a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery perspective, where the focus is on every single bodily sensation, thought, memory or vision with the idea of amplifying these sensations and starting with a clear intention of how you would prefer to feel.

Darren (aka:Daz) will share his experiences of the time he lived in a monastery, the states of consciousness and the awareness he experienced whilst living a monastic lifestyle. He will share his insights around the practice of Vapassana, where your intention is mindful presence within this present passing moment.

We will experience the full spectrum between the two.

Eleanor is not only a powerhouse of a woman but she is also my Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery teacher and the lineage holder to this style of Breathwork.

Eleanor has had an academic life. She studied degrees in Psychology, Counselling and Play Therapy and worked for many years in these spaces.

Eleanor fell in love with breathwork and has been a student of the breath for 20 years. She is part of an incredible international movement and partnership called ‘The Reconnected’. They have one clear intention at the base of all they do, to reach and support 1 million families to regulate their nervous systems. They do incredible work and have positively impacted my family and thousands of others world wide.

Eleanor is the lineage holder to the style of breath work, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery and is founder of The International School of Breathwork.

Daz is an incredible human and chef. He has cooked alongside some of the worlds finest chefs. Daz has lived 3 years as a monk and spent many hours meditating in silence retreats. Presently studying Holistic Counselling, Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification with Christopher Titmuss and is a Mindfulness and Meditation facilitator. Daz has a deep understanding of mindfulness and in particular, Vapassana. Daz also loves to dance and if he is given the opportunity will set the dance floor alight with his epic playlists.

Eleanor and Daz will both guide us through a practise.

It will be a full spectrum of shared experience.

I can’t wait to welcome them from the Byron Bay Hinterland to Perth and to have them join us at Tales of the Divine.
