Session 3: The Voice You Carry

Each of us carries stories, values, and quiet convictions that shape how we live — and how we show up in the world. Sometimes we speak from that place, offering something meaningful to those around us. And sometimes, we hesitate… and wonder later what might have been. In this session, we’ll share stories of people who found the courage to act — and others who turned away from what mattered. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to honour our voice, our gifts, and the deeper truths that guide us. What do you carry — and what happens when you listen?
