Let's Talk About Sex!
Event description
Join sexperts Charla and Karin for a juicy and personal discussion on how we find our pleasure, by ourselves and with others.
We will provide meaningful and insightful question prompts, and there will be no pressure to share around any particular topic. You are welcome to attend and just listen, or share at whatever level feels right for you.We will skillfully facilitate a safe(r) and loving environment, that is sex-positive, body-positive, queer-positive, gender-inclusive, antiracist, etc.
We aim to be sensitive to issues of *able-ism* which can be hard to perceive and can be so alienating for those struggling with health issues, including invisible ones, which can cause someone to be "able-passing." On that note, our current venue is Karin's private home, which has three concrete steps outside. If this is an accessibility barrier for any attendees, please contact us asap and we will identify an alternative venue, or book another date in the fall with a venue that is fully wheelchair accessible.

Karin Edwards came out as bi/queer in 8th grade, and kids have endless questions, so she became a peer sex educator in the halls, especially when she dated a girl in 9th grade! She's identified as polyamorous since 11th grade, though she took 18 years off to be married. But the past 3 years have been very rich and full of connections that have provided deep insight.
Karin teaches on a variety of topics including Embodiment, play, connection, personal growth, anatomy and movement, and sex-positive topics such as Healing Touch for Head and Hair (hairplay and hairpulling!), The Art and Science of Flirtation, and Sexual Ergonomics.
