Paul is the founder, Executive Coach & Speaker at The Open Mind Institute, a growth mindset and performance training & coaching institute servicing professional services around the world, and Ashwin is a radio presenter on one of Australia largest radio networks and has recently returned to Australia after delivering keynote presentations to a global audience on the art of effective communication.
