Join ACT Historic Places Curator Cathy Pryor and Collections Manager Jenn Elton for a “show and tell” of recipes, cookbooks and cooking utensils from our collection including precious handwritten recipes and cookbooks supplied with 'modern' appliances.
Hear how one Australian company, Fowlers, became synonymous with preserving fruits and jams throughout the country, and get a rare look at some of the personal recipes and recipe books in our archives.
