Note: Make sure you pack appropriately for these weather conditions. We have HEAPS of room at the lodge, over packing cold weather gear won’t be an issue, we want to make sure you are comfortable over this weekend.

What to Bring (Note: Drying and washing facilities are limited):

Swimmers: 4x pairs
Towels: 4x
Cold Weather Gear: Layers suitable for mountain conditions
Clothing: Multiple changes of casual, comfortable clothing (we’ll be in a lodge and outdoors often)
Hiking Shoes: Suitable for trails
Yoga Mat: Bring your own if you have one (we’ll supply extras if needed)
Head Torch: Essential for outdoor activities
Bedding: Sheets, blanket, sleeping bag, and pillow (The lodge is heated, but ensure you have adequate gear for comfort)
Breathwork Pillow: A small pillow for support during breathwork sessions
Wetsuit Booties: Non-Negotiable. Must wear in the water.
Gloves: For added warmth and protection
Day Pack: To carry essentials such as:
- 2L of water
- One meal/snack (this will be provided)
- Towel
- Change of clothes
- Cold weather gear
Camelback/Water Bottles: Ensure the ability to carry at least 2L of water

Rooms and Sleeping Arrangements:

Rooms are 2 and 3 persons: They are single mattresses.

You will be allocated to rooms when you arrive.

Some people snore, talk, etc in their sleep, so pack accordingly to support yourself having a good nights rest.

Ear Plugs, Eye Masks, etc

Be prepared for a mix of indoor relaxation and outdoor exploration in breathtaking mountain surroundings!

- 7-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you wish to cancel your booking, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- After 7 Days: Once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, your full payment is non-refundable.
- Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your booking to another individual or a future event, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your options.
