Please Note: Attendees are responsible for organising their own transportation to and from the venue as well as National Parks Entry Pass. (Car pooling may be an option)

Weather Forecast: Temperatures range from -4°C at night to 18°C during the day.

Pack warm and comfortable clothing. There’s plenty of room at the lodge, so feel free to overpack your cold-weather gear to stay cozy and comfortable all weekend.

• IMBAC: General Admission ticket: Shared rooms 2 or 3 per room.

• Altitude: Premium Room: Twin Share with Personal Ensuite per Room at Altitude Lodge.

• Premium Room (Single Room - With Personal Ensuite) at Altitude Lodge. (Private Room)

• Please Note: They are single/queen mattresses. (Pack queen size sheets) You will be allocated to rooms when you arrive. Some people snore, talk, etc in their sleep, so pack accordingly to support yourself having a good nights rest. Ear Plugs, Eye Masks, etc

Payment Plans
We want our experiences to be as accessible as possible so payment plans are available. If you prefer to pay in instalments:

• A $500 deposit is required to start your payment plan for a general admission ticket.

• Each instalment will be due every 30 days from your initial payment date.

• If you withdraw early, you are still responsible for completing the remaining instalments.
