Pack warm and comfortable clothing. There’s plenty of room at the lodge, so feel free to overpack your cold-weather gear to stay cozy and comfortable all weekend.

What to Bring:

Swimmers: 4 pairs
Towels: 4
Cold Weather Gear: Stay warm and comfortable.
Clothing: Multiple casual, comfortable outfits for lounging in the lodge and exploring the mountains.
Hiking Shoes: Sturdy footwear for trails.
Yoga Mat: Bring your own if possible; some will be provided.
Head Torch: For evening activities.
Bedding: Sheets, blanket, sleeping bag, and pillow (lodge is heated, but pack for comfort).
Extra pillow for breathwork.
Booties (Wetsuit Shoes): For comfort during mountain swims.
Gloves: Keep your hands warm.
Day Pack: Carry essentials like water (2L), one meal, towel, change of clothes, and cold weather gear.
Water Bottles/Camelback: Capacity for 2L of water.

Note: Drying and washing aren’t available, so plan accordingly!

Rooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

Rooms are shared, with 2–3 people per room, each featuring a mixture of single and king single mattresses.
