“We’ve always done it this way.”

If you’ve heard that at work, or caught yourself saying it, this workshop is for you.

It shows up as a strong performer who stops volunteering for stretch work, a team that reaches for the same solution every time a problem comes up, a good idea that dies because someone decided it wouldn’t work before anyone tried it, or a colleague who says “I’m just not good at that” and hands the task on.

These patterns cost time, momentum and talent, and they all start with a belief about what’s possible. The cool thing is that beliefs can change with the right practice, and a half-day of focused practice gives you a way to start.

Whether you lead a team, work in one, or work for yourself, this half-day builds the thinking habits behind growth mindset.

You’ll see where your own thinking is holding you back, learn practical ways to approach problems from new angles, and test your plans for weak points before they cost you time and money.

You’ll also build the confidence to take on harder work and the habits to keep going when it gets uncomfortable.

You’ll leave with a written growth plan, so you spend fewer hours repeating patterns and more on the work that counts.

Past participants rated their confidence in using growth mindset principles on average 2 points higher on a 10-point scale after this workshop,

Bring a colleague. This kind of thinking is easier to build with someone beside you.
