Join us in the Central House Workshop Space for this very special Talking Point breakfast, exclusively reserved for a select audience working in the Not-For-Profit sector.

In this practical and interactive workshop, we will explore the organisational practices and disciplines found in successful NFPs and charities. We’ll examine where these strengths can become barriers to growth, change and impact, and identify the organisational foundations required to build and maintain sustainable impact.

Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the key operating disciplines and practices required to deliver sustainable impact and ambition, along with practical tools to strengthen your organisation’s effectiveness across these areas.

You will learn:

The key foundations of organisational effectiveness for NFP’s and charities, including related practices and disciplines
Explore how these apply to your own organisation
Operating strengths and patterns in NFP and charities that can be overplayed, and the implications this can have on ambition and impact
How to identify the most important priorities for your organisation
Practical actions to increase impact, resilience and long-term sustainability

Ideal for: CEOs, Executive Leaders, People & Culture professionals, Strategy leaders, Board members and senior managers working in the not-for-profit and charity sector.

After the workshop, stay for breakfast and network with others in your sector who can relate to the issues you are experiencing.

This is our first-ever Talking Point created solely for the not-for-profit sector. We asked people in the sector to identify the greatest challenges being faced and we've based this session on the responses.
