Our first Talking Point for 2025 is a hard hitting look under the bonnet of current leadership development practices. It’s a warts and all examination of why leadership development is broken, and what fit-for-the-future (i.e. 2025 and beyond) leadership development must consider, and do differently.

WHAT forces are influencing the need for a radical rethink

HOW might we re-engineer our approaches?
