Why This Workshop Exists

You care about your teen's well-being, hate media messaging about bodies, and worry you're seeing red flags in your kid.

But you don't know how to talk to them. Not really. Not in a way that will be helpful and they will actually listen.

You're not alone. I've had an uptick in consultations with parents who are worried about their teens.

The Problem

Our teens are compelled to fit in. Many want to be active, look good, and eat right. They also probably love fast food high in fat and sugar.
We've come to believe that it's our job to make sure our kids are well-educated about healthy food and if they don't eat well, we've failed.
We know the dangers of diet culture and body image struggles, so we also want our teens to love their bodies - and if they don't, we start to get really worried.

Firstly — you are not a failure and it's not your fault this is happening!

In this workshop, I'll show you how you can talk to your teen about food and bodies and help them take care of themselves well.

Without knowing this process, supporting your teen growing up in diet culture is a bit like trying to get dressed with a blindfold on.
