TALL POPPY: A New Australian Musical

A comedy musical celebrating the untold story of the first Miss Australia - Beryl Mills

DATES: Weds 17, Thurs 18, Fri 19, Sat 20 November 7.30 pm

TICKETS: $20 / $25

From the dust and heat of rural Australia to the glitz & glamour of the roaring ‘20s, this fish out of water story fuses together the past and the contemporary in a hilarious, tough-as-nails tale of an unknown real-life heroine.

Tall Poppy began its life as a Fringe cabaret in 2017 and was subsequently developed into a two act musical. In August 2021, the show concluded its professional tour of regional WA. This concert reading is the first presentation of Tall Poppy on the East Coast and we can’t wait to tell this story.

Note: performers will be script in hand

Run time: 120 mins
