Taming Time (half day)

The course will help participants be more effective and strategic in their use of time, manage priorities and address barriers to achieving efficiency in the workplace.
The course covers: reframing thinking around the use of time; identifying blocks to better time management; and practicing planning, goal setting and managing others through effective time management.
Participants will self-assess their current practices and solutions, and practice strategy and time management concepts, task identification and prioritisation. If delivered virtually, the workshop will include short webinars, self-directed learning and interactive group discussions.
