We're all familiar with our Inner Critic...

It's that voice in our heads that picks at everything we do, puts us down, tells us we aren't good enough, etc.

And when this voice is running our lives we play small; we hold ourselves back; and it can stop us from living our truth!

But imagine if you could tame your Inner Critic...

Imagine if you could learn to be friends with that voice instead...

How would your life be different?

Would you have more confidence to be your authentic self?

Would you have the courage to chase after that thing you've wanted for so long?

Would it change the way you see yourself and relate to yourself?

Really take a moment to think about...

How would your life change if you stopped listening to the voice inside your head that makes you feel small, unworthy, not enough...?

And if you're ready to find out, make sure you join me for my Taming Your Inner Critic Workshop.

This is an experiential workshop where I will help you recognise your inner critic, identify limiting thoughts and beliefs, release shame around the things he/she says, understand why we have it (because we all do!) and give you some simple tools to stop it running your life.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE READY TO...

Free yourself from self doubt

TESTIMONIALS:

"I attended Caitlin's Taming Your Inner Critic and I gained so much insight into my own over thinking and thoughts that actually hold me back in many ways.

I found the workshop to be a great space to share and be open about issues we would normally hold back from discussing, which gives you an openness for receiving the advice within that safe space.

I would highly recommend attending Taming Your Inner Critic.

As women we tend to let those inner voices hold us back in certain situations and getting a clear understanding of how to tame these limiting thoughts has definitely helped me.

Caitlin is a wonderful facilitator who has is very intuitive, open and calm, I'm looking forward to participating in more work with Soul Sisters and Caitlin." - Lorna
