Event description

Please join me for a beautiful sound bath, held at Zanadu Yoga studio.

Please bring yoga mat,and bolster if you have them, and I would encourage you to bring your own pillow and blankets for optimum comfort.

Never been to a sound bath before? 

 Not to worry, all that is required of you is your relaxation and willingness to receive the healing frequencies, leave the rest up to me while you drift away into your inner world to the harmonic sounds . Realigning and restoring peace and balance within, allowing you to discard stress and tension.

The session will start at 6.30, so please arrive before this time. The session will go for 1 hour and 15 mins.
