Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 20th March 2022.
8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.
On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2022 today!
COVID 19 Arrangements
Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)
If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

8:00am Meet up at carpark opposite Hungry Jacks Peel St Tamworth.
8:45am Ride Start - Route Tamworth-Coolah-Dubbo
Dubbo 1 Dayer 2022 Details:
7.00am Check in at the Westview Drive-In, Narromine Rd, Dubbo.
10.00am Stands up and ride departs. Route TBA
12.00pm Lunch provided by Tradies In Sight, MH Charity & others
2.00-3.00pm Ride finish
Please Note: Online ticket sales for this event will close at 1pm AEST on Thursday 17th March 2022. Limited In person registrations will be available at the event.
