Tanti House Community Yoga

Every fortnight there’s an opportunity to join a few other members of the community for free / donation yoga.

This event will be run by Em from Homeground, in one of the lounge spaces available in the Tanti house.

Em will try and adapt each form or sequence where applicable; please let me know if there’s any body niggles beforehand so I can create a safe and comfortable space. Please let me know if you have tried yoga before, as I will try and tailor classes accordingly.

Please get there 5 mins early so you can settle and get comfy before each class.

Wear something COMFY! Yoga leggings or tights aren’t required; think tracksuits and cosy socks, maybe a tshirt with a layered jumper for warmth.

And remember, it’s for the community, so please try and share the classes around when you can! I’d love to be able to see different faces each week!

Parking is limited, so remember to arrive a little early to get a spot in the side streets - or WALK!
