ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

In this workshop we will learn how to enhance our life force/prana through harnessing and circulating energy. Meditation will bring stillness and awareness to understand and experience these energies. Once the flow is awakened we will help each other to activate the kundalini energy and energy centres we have in the body and exchange breath and energy for healing, sensory awakening and and clearing. The workshop is accompanied by a delicious vegan meal and offers a relaxed atmosphere where participants can reconnect to themselves and work i9na safe nurturing environment with others. Couples and singles welcome.

The workshop focuses on a deep exploration of Tantra, authentic relating, and the principles that underpin these practices. Each session is theme-based, allowing for a holistic understanding of the material, while emphasising embodiment practices that incorporate touch, breath, and somatic techniques, often referred to as Red Tantra. Participants will experience enhanced connection by unblocking the body to engage deeply with their inner selves and the surrounding world. This journey offers a chance to rediscover forgotten aspects of one’s being, fostering a profound sense of completeness and paving a path to greater happiness through self-understanding and internal equilibrium.

The content features a variety of philosophically diverse themes, creating a gentle yet enriching embodied experience that promotes deep self-awareness and personal balance. As an adult event, it emphasizes self-responsibility, ensuring that everything offered is optional and inviting participants to engage in what resonates with them. Designed to empower, the program aims to expand self-awareness and awaken spirituality through a holistic approach that combines traditional psychology, contemporary therapy, tantra, and spirituality. It encourages self-regulation and co-regulation, increasing personal power, freedom, and authenticity while exploring emotional and sexual wellness through the power of lifeforce and emotional release. Ongoing support will be available during and after the event, providing a nurturing environment throughout the journey.
