Xmas Tantra Day Workshop

Experience Tantric energy work, connection and pleasure through breath, touch and meditation by activating kundalini energy and chakras.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

In this workshop we will learn how to enhance our life force/prana through harnessing and circulating energy. Meditation will bring stillness and awareness to understand and experience these energies. Once the flow is awakened we will help each other to activate the kundalini energy and energy centres we have in the body and exchange breath and energy for healing, sensory awakening and and clearing. The workshop is accompanied by a delicious vegan meal and offers a relaxed atmosphere where participants can reconnect to themselves and work i9na  safe nurturing environment with others. Couples and singles welcome.

WHAT TO WEAR

Whatever makes you feel sensual and comfortable. 

WHAT TO BRING

1 large towel or single sheet, 1 sarong, and a water bottle.
