Join us for our community immersion into the living currents of Kundalini, prana and consciousness through Tantric breath, movement, energy and meditation at our new Ocean Temple on North Thirroul Beach.

We warmly welcome Jenny Gallen to The Temple who will be facilitating in collaboration at this special immersion. Jenny brings together (Neo-) Tantra, movement, meditation and energy work, creating spaces for deeper connection with the body, energy and authentic expression.

What to Expect:

Community connection
Tantric-inspired Haṭha Yoga
Tantric Kundalini breath practices
Auric field exploration with mudra & toning
Tantric chakra breathing

We’ll also take our practice into nature with beach Tantric practice, exploring the relationship between our individual energetic field and the greater field of life around us.

Kundalini Pranic Flow

In Tantric tradition, Kundalini is not simply an energy to be awakened or pushed upward, but the innate power of Consciousness itself – the living Śakti moving through the body, breath, senses and subtle field.

Through a synthesis of Kundalini Tantra, Tantric Prāṇāyāma, Haṭha Yoga and subtle-energy practices, we will explore ways of becoming more sensitive to this natural movement of life-force: noticing where energy flows freely, where it contracts, and what becomes possible when we soften, listen and allow.

Consciousness Dynamics

From the movement of Kundalini energy, we will journey into the subtler terrain of states of consciousness.

Tantric philosophy recognises waking, dreaming and deep sleep alongside Turīya “the Fourth” and Turīyātīta “beyond the Fourth.” Rather than seeing these simply as separate states, we will become curious about the thresholds between them: the subtle moments when one state dissolves and another begins.

Beginning with the natural pause and suspension between breaths, we will explore this space of stillness as a doorway into deeper awareness. Through guided meditation, breath and intention, we will gradually expand our sensitivity to the spaces in between – between inhale and exhale, movement and stillness, thought and silence, waking and dreaming.

This immersion is an invitation to experience Tantra not only as something we do, but as a way of becoming increasingly intimate with the subtle movements of energy and Consciousness already occurring within us.

On our journey we will explore:

• Kundalini Tantra and pranic flow practices
• Tantric Prāṇāyāma
• Auric body and energy-field exploration with toning
• Chakra Breathing
• Tantric-inspired Haṭha Yoga flow
• Embodied energy play
• Intention and energy as a portal into deeper states
• Beach Tantric practices
• Exploration of the five states of consciousness
• Guided meditation into the thresholds between states
• Breath suspension, stillness and expanded awareness practices

No previous Tantra experience is necessary. You will be invited to participate at your own level and all practices are offered within a respectful, inclusive and consciously held space. Come as you are, and enter an afternoon of breath, energy, movement, stillness and remembrance.

Our growing community welcomes all curious, open and loving hearts to join us on the Tantric path at this exciting immersion. Practices are carefully curated to include solo, partnered and group interactions in a safe and potent container.

Much Love,

Allison & Jenny x
