Aggie is a holistic practitioner who transitioned from a psychologist over her 20 years career. Her approach integrates energetic and traditional psychological techniques, which have been refined through their work with clients since the mid-1990s.

Aggie believes that talk therapy combined with positive psychology and somatic and sensory processes such as:
