Event description

Series Dates: Wednesdays 10/29, 11/26, 12/10
Each class is uniquely crafted.
All levels of experience are welcome.

More than your typical yoga class—join this transformative journey that awakens the life-force energy of Shakti within. Through breath, movement, and meditation, we attune to the sacred intelligence of the body and connect with the energy body, Pranamaya Kosha.

Rooted in classical and tantric lineages, Elana gently guides you through asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyanam (meditation) while harmonizing inner energy and expanding awareness. Tantra Yoga becomes a gateway to deeper embodiment, presence, and union with the Divine—leaving you grounded, open, connected, and radiating the frequency of love.

Come solo, with a partner, or with friends. Come home to your body, awaken your energy, and remember love as the path.

Elana Stern is a Tantra Yoga Guide and Founder of Tantra Collective and ONE LOVE HUB. Through classes, community events, retreats, and private guidance, she creates heart-centered spaces that honor the sacred body, awaken love as the path, and invite us into the living truth of Divine union in all.

🧘🏽‍♂️ How to prepare

  • Wear yoga attire or loose-fitting clothing that allows for free movement.

  • Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel if needed.

  • Avoid wearing perfume, cologne, or strong scents.

  • Arrive hydrated and avoid heavy meals 1.5–2 hours before class.

  • Optional: Bring a meaningful object for the altar.

✨ Your Teacher

Elana Stern is a devoted guide in Tantra Yoga, walking the path of love and supporting individuals, couples, and groups in cultivating sacred connection, embodied presence, and lasting transformation. She was drawn to meditation as a teenager, studied Eastern Philosophy and Religion academically, trained with celebrity fitness icons in NYC, and earned Yoga Teacher certifications in both Vinyasa Yoga (Cindy Lee lineage) and Restorative Yoga. Her foundation is further enriched by training in Tibetan Buddhist, Transcendental, Vipassana, Mindfulness, and Sonic Meditation modalities, as well as Pranayama breathwork and Reiki techniques. Her journey expanded through advanced certification with Yoga Chitta—a Black-owned yoga school serving the BIPOC community-where she mentors yoga teacher trainees. After a life-altering kundalini awakening opened the portal to deeper energetic and tantric realms, she became a certified facilitator of Tao Tantra Arts (Mantak Chia and Osho lineages) and a graduate of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA). With a vision for evolving consciousness in Philadelphia, Elana founded the Tantra Collective—producing curated offerings for embodied spiritual connection—and ONE LOVE HUB, the city's co-created community for conscious events. With decades of practice in movement, meditation, and energy healing, Elana's teaching bridges the physical and the spiritual. She invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, your heart, and each other—where love becomes the path home to your divine nature.

Is Tantra Yoga a solo or partner practice?
Come exactly as you are—solo, partnered, or with friends. Each class is designed to support your individual journey while also offering moments of collective connection. Any partner exercises are optional and guided with reverence, clear boundaries, and the intention of deepening awareness rather than romantic or sexual interaction.
