An intimate 2 day Tantric Movement Immersion guided by Saya Hayashi

This container is open to women who desire to be in a safely held, sacred and sensual environment

In this 2 days we will explore Sensual breathe-work, somatic practices, non-linear movement, Tantra Yoga, Postural alignment and embodiment in its many forms

This is a Ritual space, each day will include setting an intentional Altar, sitting in tea ceremony and receiving guided erotic practices

This event is open to women of ages 18 and above 

Medicinal Tea, Spring water + Exotic fruits provided

Each day will be 8 hours with a 2 hour lunch break

To bring:

- Comfortable clothes for movement, deep stretching and breathe-work

- An item of significance to add to the altar (flower, crystal, ointment etc)

- Sxxxy clothing such as lingerie or whatever feels like a turn on for you

- Water bottle

- Journal + Pen
