What Will We Do?
We will use potent yog-vedantic techniques working with breath, mantra, kriya, partnerwork and movement to delve deep into our energetic and emotional body, focusing on our sacral energy centre.

Who Is This For?
Anyone who desires to evolve, connect to themselves, clear blockages and become their highest self. Anyone interested in experiencing a holistic true experience of yoga and sacred, ancient techniques from the Himalayan tradition.

Is the partner work sexual? / Do you need to bring a partner?
No.

This is a safe and nurturing space. You will be guided by an experienced facilitator and be held and supported to have your experience. You are free to let your emotions and experience flow and be as you are without judgement. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey.

Founder of The Shakti Flow, Sattva Yoga Master Teacher, Consciousness Events Facilitator and Self-Empowerment Coach. Based in Byron Bay Australia, Shakti's deepest passion is to empower you to awaken your unlimited potential and live in a state of love.

Shakti has dedicated her life to Yoga. She has trained across India in multiple styles of Yoga and Vedic and Tantric Philosophy, as well as receiving initiation into Advanced Kriya Yoga by Master Anand Mehrotra, her current teacher in the Himalayas. Shakti teaches and holds space across India, South East Asia and Australia, at retreats, festivals, teacher trainings, workshops and privates, guiding groups and individuals on an empowered path to self-realisation ​
