Allow yourselves to be welcomed into a solidly held container, a space you can bravely dive into..... Being seen, heard and held by each other, you'll have time to acknowledge your partner, the current state of your relationship and how you'd like it to be in future.  

You'll have opportunity to revive your dynamic through clear communication exercises, guided inquiry, breathwork and tantric practises. We'll invite you to be curious of each other, re-igniting the spark of sensuality to enjoy playfulness and re-connection in a light hearted friendly way.   

You'll likely be amazed to learn - what your lover actually desires, what your dearest friend really wants, what's most important to your partner and what your companion truly needs. All of this enabling you to bring more balance, steady harmony and deeper intimacy into your home life and bedroom.                                                                   
We'll share valuable tools and techniques to support your daily lives through engaging activities that enhance intimacy and bring deeper connection, as well as juice up your love life!

Key topics of discovery:

 Integrating Yin/Feminine and Yang/Masculine polarity into everyday life and relating.

 Exploring different ways we can meet our Beloved, as a friend, a companion, a partner and a lover.

 Identifying historical relating patterns and how to navigate through these habits with compassionate communication and ease.

'Investing in Teamwork'. Realising the value of collaboration by consenting to engage in leader/follower polarity             

Tuning into sexual/creative energy. Knowing and feeling the difference between Yin and Yang sexual energy.

*This event is suitable for couples at all stages of relationship.                          Yes we are fully delving into the topic of intimacy, though this is not a sexual workshop. All activities are appropriate for the group, you will only be sharing with your partner and everyone will remain clothed. 

Our follow-up workshop 'The Tao of Lovemaking' will dive deeper into sexual intimacy for those who are interested in going further.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS..

Free & Kahu are both holistic bodywork professionals, who work with clients locally and throughout the world online. They're a mature wholesome couple, both passionate about the mysteries of human relating and sacred sexuality. 

Together they offer fresh perspective on how to create deeper more heartfelt union, sweeter intimacy & greater understanding of polarity for romantic couples. 

The quality of their professional work has a foundation of many years 'lived experience' based upon the timeless wisdom of the Tao. Their offerings on Integrative Polarity reflect the balance and harmony found in nature. 

Free and Kahu offer Intimacy Coaching and Relating-ship Support to couples as well as Life Coaching and Well Being Support to individuals. They have extensive training and qualification in Bodywork Therapy, Life Coaching, Intimacy Support and hold regular men's and women's circles in Australia and in NZ over the last decade. Seasoned therapists in their field, they also teach weekly classes supporting students to become qualified therapists.

As adult educators and group facilitators they lead workshops and co ordinate festival events, host retreats worldwide and specialise in community connection. Their intention to ‘Care for the carers', ‘hold space for those holding space’, and ‘serve those serving’ is well received and appreciated where ever they go.

What Free offers as a therapist ~

Free welcomes a silent healing conversation to arise from shared stillness. He's a passionate student of life, being ever curious to learn from every detail of discovery. His heartfelt intention to sincerely care, shines brightly in his work as a bodywork therapist.

Free specializes in 2-3 hour sessions for clients that value the personal investment of a deeply supported meditative treatment. He's much appreciated for his willingness to sensitively care for clients with bodywork, counsel and coaching.

*Free also hosts a weekly Men's group at Mt Ninderry 'The Tao of Brotherhood' consisting of a strong bond of blokes delving into the mystery of thoughtfulness.

What Kahu offers as a therapist ~

Kahu is a soulful woman, offering radical honesty & authentic presence to every being she meets. As a therapist, she welcomes clients to simply surrender into the safe space she holds, inviting their intentions and healing journey to unfold naturally. Kahu guides with feminine fluidity and gentle strength, exploring into where her clients most need attention.

Within her Couple’s Coaching & Relating-ship sessions, Kahu specializes in the realm of psycho-emotional support. Guided by curiosity, engaging bravery and feeling fully accepted, Kahu's clients discover their own heartfelt realisations, powerful insights, and revelations.

*Kahu also hosts a weekly Heart Singing Circle at Mt Ninderry, where anyone who finds great joy in singing from the heart is welcome to join. 

When not at home, Free & Kahu travel to festivals, community events and retreats worldwide to share their offerings and service.
