Tao of Movement Meditation, Pranayama & Sound is a journey of soul guided practices in a higher dimensional healing field.

Facilitated by Madeline Agnew, Master Teacher & Healer of Tao Academy

June 1st, will specialise in healing and longevity practices that can clear + boost the body's immune system and immunity reservoir. Incorporating Tao Calligraphy Meditation techniques of chanting, movement, tracing and sacred breathwork to uplift the information flowing through our systems.

Up to 90% of all sickness in our bodies is related to immunity, with degenerative disease, burn-out, stress, fatigue affecting a huge portion of the population. Self-help practice and rituals have never been more important. This 2 hour journey is to nourish and empower you - transmitting a higher frequency into your immunity reservoir and offering take-home tools.

Learning how to take care of ourselves with ancient and new techniques, and practicing to boost our immunity energy systems in group connection is a powerful experience, especially playing in the joy and magic of the Tao field.
