Taoist Tantric Quarterly Intensive: Tantric Lovemaking

A 2-day, all-levels Tantric Lovemaking workshop that includes Emotional Attunement, Courtship, Energetic Transmission (& actual lovemaking!)

If so, enjoy two full days in October with renowned Tantric Life Coach, Nadia Nauss, in her provocative yet safe & intimate weekend workshop, designed for couples and triads.

The venue for this 2-day workshop is the Authentic Living Centre, Sydney.

Day 1 of Nadia’s course in Tantric Lovemaking begins with exploring the 3 Pillars of Courtship: Tantric Eyegazing, Energetic Attunement and conscious Communication. From the moment you meet another, Courtship is the umbrella that encompasses everything you say and do and express, as well as the energy and way of being you bring to your relating. Learn how being fully self-expressed, generous, receptive, gracious, and appreciative of the other opens their heart – whereas non-attuned communication or unwelcome touch closes it. Become aware of each other’s love languages and practice expressing them through action to further deepen the connection.

Emotional Processing is the next piece of Nadia’s Tantric Lovemaking puzzle. How is your partner feeling emotionally? Are they experiencing fear or any other strong emotion? Can you create a safe space for them to fully feel and express their emotions without getting defensive, avoidant or triggered? This builds intimacy and trust. And Nadia will teach you how.

Nadia will share a process called “Holding Compassionate Space” which helps partners stay connected even when $€x is off the table by removing the emotional blocks to intimacy that while unshackling the $€xual energy and vital life force required for powerful lovemaking. Each member of the couple or triad will practice embodying presence and support during key vulnerable moments. This workshop exercise builds trust and surrender, and the intimate space created makes it so much easier for all those barriers to come down.

The next important piece of the Tantric Lovemaking puzzle is the Men’s and Women’s Solo Tantric Practices. Also known as the Yin and Yang Solo Tantra, we will practice bandhas (energetic locks), breathwork, meditative visualizations, and full-body self-pleasuring. Relaxation and self-love practices are essential for a woman to feel safe enough to remain in her body versus dissociating so she can gradually open to fully receive from her partner. Engaging in self-pleasuring practices while retaining semen helps men build $€xual energy and teaches them to regulate and direct it purposefully. This ensures that the powerful energy doesn’t overpower their ability to attune to a partner but rather enhances it.

During the day, women witness and learn from men’s practices, while men observe and gain insight into the internal world of women and the significance of self-love and slower, more meditative approaches. It is crucial to have compassion for men as they learn to harness their $€xual energy, so women can gain a better understanding of the masculine experience. Similarly, it is essential that men understand the need of women for whole-body sensuality and emotional safety to unlock their $€xuality from an embodied place.

Then follows another piece of the Tantric Lovemaking puzzle – a Sharing Circle where men and women come together to listen deeply to truth arising in the space. Seeking first to understand, then to be understood, we will dissolve the projections and assumptions that often exist between men and women in intimate situations. Creating a safe space for open dialogue and understanding will bridge these gaps and create a more fulfilling experience for everyone.

Day Two: Having set the stage for initiating $€xual encounters if and when desire arises mutually, on Day Two we will explore manual, oral, and penetrative $€x from a Taoist tantric approach. We practice breathwork and visualizations, focusing on Energetic Lovemaking, exchanging energy between the heart and the lingam/yoni and radiating unconditional love. Nadia will demonstrate how the transmission of $€xual energy and Kundalini life force can be seamlessly integrated into various forms of $€xual practices and partner configurations.

According to the traditional Taoist tantra, a woman’s role is to open a man’s heart to love and intimacy, while the man’s role is to create a safe space for the woman to open up $€xually, understanding what she needs to feel safe, heard and respected. Effective communication and awareness of timing are crucial for building anticipation and maintaining a gentle, slow build-up. Nadia will demonstrate how to interweave both non-verbal communication and authentic speaking of the microscopic truth throughout lovemaking in a way that is not awkward but empowering. By activating the entire body and creating a gradual slow-burn building of pleasure, a deeper connection and full-body orgasm can be achieved. It is important for men to show deep appreciation of all aspects of women, avoiding a one-dimensional focus that may shut her down.

Day 2 will conclude with Aftercare and Integration to create a sense of closure and completion while setting a path for taking these practices out of the workshop and into the bedroom (or wherever lovemaking might occur for you!).

Ultimately, Tantric Lovemaking is an experience that goes beyond the physical act, incorporating romance, unpredictability, deep presence, reverence and genuine connection. Only women are invited to purchase solo tickets. If you purchase a solo ticket, you are declaring your openness to be paired with anyone of any gender identity, sexual preference, age, race, or those who are differently-abled. Please note that unlike the Monthly Tantric Massage Meetups there will be minimal eye-gazing, energetic attunement, emotional processing, and boundaries and consent training during this Quarterly Intensive as the focus is on the massage technique, sequence and ritual and the preference is for all participants to have already done this foundational training prior to this workshop. If this is not okay with you, it is highly recommended that you purchase a Couples/Friends ticket and attend with someone you know and trust.

All other tickets are to be purchased as Couples or Friends who will work together as tantric partners.

If you are a solo-conscious man who would like to participate in this event and do not have a partner or friend to attend with, there is a prerequisite to have attended a previous Monthly Tantric Massage Meetup, private sessions with Nadia, or other tantra workshops with boundaries and consent training. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Nadia is an Embodied Life Coach who specializes in Taoist Tantric Practices for relationship intimacy, life purpose and spiritual fulfillment as well as Inner Child Work for healing developmental trauma. Born in Hong Kong and raised in the US, Nadia has practiced yoga and conscious relating since 2008. She is a certified Practitioner of Tantra and Chinese An Mo Tantric Massage with the Sanctuary of Ananda. Nadia has also trained in Lomi Lomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii with Harry Uhane Jim as well as with other Heartworks/Kahuna teachers.

Nadia is a former US Navy officer, a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Senior Yoga Teacher and Woke Yoga Academy faculty member with 1000+ hours in trauma-informed yoga training. She leverages her own lived experience and deep understanding of the human psyche, soma, and kundalini life force energy to empower people from all walks of life with tried-and-true self-actualization and healing practices to find their passion, dharma (life purpose), and source of sovereignty.
