I lead individual & group experiential activities to access calm, creativity and insight through awareness and openness to sensing something new.

This is not a strenuous or remote activity but it is outdoors in nature. You should be prepared to practice appropriate self-care and consider walking barefoot, keeping warm and comfortable while sitting on the ground for upto 20 min intervals. A tea ceremony ends the session.
