✨🧘Unwind, flow, and tap into your energy with a refreshing combination of yoga and beer! This unique event invites you to stretch, breathe and flow through a fun, accessible yoga practice, followed by a beverage to relax and connect with the community.

✨🍻Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this event is designed for all levels. After the flow, enjoy a well-deserved beer in good company, and let the good vibes continue.

⚡️What tickets will be offered? Yoga Flow (just for the yoga practice itself) & Yoga Flow w/ beverage (includes both yoga practice and beverage)

⚡️What beverages will be included in the ticket? There will be a selection of beers and a N/A option that will be offered for this event.

⚡️Do I need to bring a yoga mat & props? Yes! Bring your yoga mat and any props you may want for your practice.

⚡️Will the brewery be open for the public during this event? No. The brewery opens at 11:45a, when we end our practice. There will be workers roaming around as we flow but we get to be the first ones there to ground in and create our space 🤍
