TAP-NY Cooking Workshop - Pork Chop Bento (排骨便當)

Join TAP-NY in learning how to make pork chop bento (排骨便當)! This is a Taiwanese staple and for train rides, work, etc.! We will also be making a side dish for the bento! 

Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun morning of a cooking demo, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating! 

Please note: the cooking workshop is group-effort and individual stations will not be provided. The amount of hands-on cooking will vary depending on the dish.

This cooking workshop will be held in Astoria (~30min from midtown). Please be aware that the cooking portion may take at least 2 hours so if you leave early, you may be unable to eat the final product.
