Join TAP-NY in learning how to make You-fan (油飯), or sticky rice! This is a classic Taiwanese dish and very popular during the holidays, especially during the dragon boat festival if there isn't enough time to wrap them in bamboo leaves to make zongzi (粽子).

Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun morning of a cooking demo, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!

This cooking workshop will be held in Astoria (~30min from midtown).
