Join TAP-NY for an immersive and hands-on 2 hour ceramic workshop at Bat Haus in Williamsburg where we'll be craft and painting your own unique cheeseboard!

Note: you will need to return to Bat Haus in a few weeks after the session to pick up your finalized piece! Finished ceramic pieces can be collected in approximately 3.5 weeks. Natalie, the instructor, will send an email with the pick-up schedule

Founded in 2012 by Natalie and Cody, Bat Haus has been a community hub for Brooklynites, artists and creatives. We are a coworking space for freelancers on weekdays, an event space for private events, classes and workshops on the weekend!

Join us for a fun and creative Hand-Building Cheeseboard Workshop! This workshop is ideal for both beginners and experienced crafters looking to add a personal touch to their kitchen or home decor. In the first hour, we'll guide you through shaping and forming your cheeseboards. This hands-on session will teach you essential clay-working techniques to ensure your cheeseboard is both functional and unique.

In the second hour, it's time to bring your creation to life with color and design! You'll have black as the primary color and your choice of red, yellow, green, or blue for additional decoration. We also provide a variety of underglaze transfers that you can use to decorate your board. Feel free to get creative and even color the transfers yourself to add a personalized touch.

Refund Policy

We will only be taking requests for refunds until 8/21/24, 10 days before the event. Any purchases made after 8/21/24 will not be eligible for a refund.
