Meet PreKure Coaches Tanja Blinkhorn and Jenny Malcolm, experts in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) who are passionate about guiding you to release everyday stress and embrace a calmer, more balanced approach to life.

This workshop is designed to equip you with the tools to confidently manage stress using powerful EFT techniques. With plenty of practice, peer support, and personalised guidance, you’ll leave feeling ready to bring a newfound calm into your day-to-day life.

Basic Recipe: Core EFT sequence
Tap and Talk: Talking while tapping
Tap and Breathe: Tapping with breathwork
Discrete Tapping: Subtle techniques for public/work settings
Boxing Up: Safe containment for unresolved stress

This immersive day is designed for hands-on practice and group support, ensuring each participant leaves with confidence in using EFT.
