Event description

The Power of Mandala Art – International Women’s Day Special

Celebrate International Women’s Day with a mindful and creative Mandala Art session! This engaging workshop promotes relaxation, self-expression, and cultural appreciation while fostering inner peace and mindfulness. Participants will explore vibrant colour combinations, unlocking creativity through the meditative art of mandalas.

Beyond the artistic process, the session delves into the cultural significance of mandalas across traditions, offering deeper insight into their historical and spiritual importance. Engaging in this practice reduces stress, enhances fine motor skills, and serves as a therapeutic outlet for self-reflection.

Facilitated by Ramanjeet Kaur from Raman Arts & Classes, a self-taught artist with over eight years of experience. A Wyndham Art Prize Finalist (2019) and Wyndham Business Award Finalist (2023), she is known for her step-by-step guidance, empowering participants of all ages to explore their creativity.

Join us for this enriching experience in celebration of creativity, mindfulness, and the power of women in the arts!

Please note that if cost is a barrier to participate, please get in touch at ippy.collins@wyndham.vic.gov.au.

All materials are provided.

This is an Adults only workshop.
