Tapestry Weaving Course (5 sessions)
Learn the fundamentals of tapestry weaving in a supportive, workshop-style environment. Over five guided classes, you'll be introduced to the basics of tapestry weaving, a range of techniques, how to mix colour and adapt your own designs for woven tapestry. This is very suitable for beginners or students with previous experience who are wanting to build on their skills.
Course Fee: $360
Includes:
Five guided classes
Individual tuition in a workshop setting
Loan of a loom and bobbin
Access to yarns and weaving materials
Upon completing the introductory course, participants can then join the Tapestry Weaving Club to continue weaving and developing their skills.

Whether you're building on the basics or refining more advanced techniques, you'll enjoy learning alongside a supportive community.
The Tapestry Weaving Club is designed for participants who have already completed our 5-session Tapestry Weaving course, ensuring everyone has the foundational skills needed to enjoy the club and its projects
The semester fee contributes to ongoing materials, such as replacing yarn and warp, equipment maintenance, and tutor support.
All looms and equipment remain the property of Princes Hill Community Centre and must be returned if you decide to retire from the course and/or the tapestry weaving club.
