Ever thought HEARTHE bakery would make a great place night time venue?
Chef, baker Christopher The has been chomping at the bit to return to his restaurant comfort zone. With experience at Bel Mondo, Claudes and Quay expect refined, plated dishes, incorporating native Australian Ingredients and hyperlocal Stanmore grown produce. Joining him in the kitchen is chef Ruben Martinez, another 30 year veteran who has spent time in Gavroche London, Aqua Luna and most recently was the chef at the recently closed One Penny Red Summer Hill.
To make this first dinner truly special Chris and Ruben are joined by Steffano , Sommelier from Tapp & Co who has paired the 6 course menu with matching Australian wines and will be explaining each match on the night.
Being the depths of winter expect fresh truffles from Meadows rd Truffles Oberon.
